EB Games

(Imported from old Livejournal Blog)

Well, ten days ago, my sister left for a vacation, and now she is back. Such a great ten days it is without my sister. Today I think is a good day to not compain about her because she is back in the same house as me.

Now that stuff I don't like is out of the way, here is stome stuff I do.

I had the oppurtunity to go to EB Games and I purchased several games. Seven of them came together in a pack so I'm not totally insane. As of this writing, I haven't played most of them, but I now list them here.

Playstation 1/2 games:
FEAR EFFECT - I bought it because it had cool stylized graphics that look cartoony.
Kill.Switch - A friend online recomended this for its involved use of cover to fight.

PC games:
Red Faction - Been meaning to play this one for a long long time. It has something called Geo-Mod which apparently modifies geometry for realistic destruction of scenery. Bullets actually make holes in walls. And I find that to be really cool.
6+1 Sci-Fi Combat Pack - I bought this for two games out of the seven, but I'll list them all now.
-Uplink: Hacker Elite - Hacking simulater, recomended by friend, and the demo was fun. Costs $25 in some places just that game alone, so that was reson #1 I bought the pack.
-Submarine Titans - Years ago, my good friend, Mitchell recomended this RTS game to me because of its interesting controllable factions and the 3 depth levels which is apparently a major innovation in RTS games.
-Other games which I will not describe.
--Time of Defiance
--SpaceHaste2
--Alien Blast (Can you say, stupid tile?)
--Nexagon
--O.R.B. (Off-World Resource Base)

That was utterly pointless. Really, this whole post is pointless so I'll cut it short now.

Current Mood: Happy, I think.
